Here's some feedback on me left anonymously by my FunBrella Design Team:

Organizer: Has setup various organizational discussions, very good with scheduling and keeping track of stuff.

The Big IdeaDan seems to be good at taking a big picture look at the process and bringing ideas to the project that will help the design be different, more interesting and fun for the group and the audience.

The engineerThe design leader, clear ideas and vision of how product should be Idea person/Meeting HostDan is a very lay-back and frank idea giver. He is well appreciated for offer his office as a meeting place.

You are clearly seen as both a good process manager as well as a design leader. This is an interesting integration of roles!
